The Opportunity
Reporting to a Property Manager (PM), the Building Operator ensures that the assigned real estate portfolio or complex of buildings is being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency. They also oversee contractor work.

- Aid and guide building operations staff with the collaboration of the PM.
- Provide technical input with respect to the assigned building portfolio.
- Provide vacation and absence coverage at other properties, as assigned.
