Our Machine Operators are responsible for following all processes and procedures to ensure high-quality parts are produced within the allotted time and meet all specifications.

You will be working closely with your manager and co-workers in order to understand the requirements of routine maintenance and how to change over and inspect parts.

We support cross training and encourage growth in all our co-workers.

• Load and unload components according to procedure established.

Read drawings and execute inspection procedures to ensure part specifications are being met.

Interface with machine controller as required to execute tasks.

Use of appropriate precision inspection equipment to measure tolerances Adhere to calibration and quality procedures and processes.

Treat and use all equipment (tools, measuring devices, computers, etc) with care.

Use of hand tools for finishing activities such as deburring or filing.

Ensure quality of part meets customer specifications, and raise concerns when required.

Promptly initiate quality processes for non-conforming parts, and follow procedures to control those components.

Maintain a clean working area.

Routine maintenance on the machine as outlined.

Proactively provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve processes, fixturing, or programs.

• Education and Qualifications Must work well in a team environment.

Mechanically inclined, skilled in using hand tools.

Multi-tasking, organizing and time management skills required.

Must have excellent attention to detail. Salary Range $38,800 - $52,099 + Eligibility for Profit Sharing Program Participation (pending successful completion of probationary period and based on business performance).
