What you’ll be doing :

Client Care Support :

Assist with new client onboarding, documentation, and scheduling coordination

Participate in initial client inquiries and follow-ups, supporting care intake

Help track caregiver schedules and ensure alignment with client needs

Assist with quality assurance check-ins and satisfaction surveys

Administrative Operations :

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a warm, professional manner

Log all communications and interactions using office tools (SwiftOps, etc.)

Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records for both clients and staff

Support with recruitment admin, file organization, and onboarding documentation

Community Engagement :

Conduct friendly outreach calls or visits to facilities, clinics, and community centers

Distribute marketing materials and promote CFC programs like Lunch & Learns and Book Clubs

Represent ComForCare during networking opportunities and service presentations

Support supplemental staffing initiatives and relationship building with care communities

What we’re looking for :

Experience as a Home Support Worker (HSW), caregiver, or community support worker

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software

Comfortable engaging with external partners and presenting professionally

Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
