Manage basic website content, including adding and removing products
Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and product shipments to support the sales team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support
Maintain well-organized digital files and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements :
3+ years of previous experience in an administrative role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
Confidence using CRM systems and basic website management tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
Professional phone and web chat etiquette
