Our Toronto based client is seeking an Oracle Testing Lead contractor to join their project immediately and will run for 18 months with possibility for extension. This will be a hybrid work setting with some on-site work required at the client offices with some travel to USA locations nedded.
- The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Oracle CCB or SAP S / 4HANA testing and lead efforts to ensure seamless system integration, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across the project lifecycle.
- Design overall Test strategy, (end-to-end), Manage timelines, forecasting, develop key performance indicators, manage risks and work closely with Project Manager.
- Test Planning and Strategy Development
Create test plans : Develop detailed test plans outlining the scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and testing approach
Define test strategies : Formulate strategies for different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, etc.), based on project requirements.
Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks in the ERP testing process and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor Test Execution : Ensure tests are executed according to the schedule and that results are documented thoroughly.
Oversee Functional Testing : Supervise functional testing of different ERP modules (finance, procurement, HR, etc.), ensuring that they meet specified business requirements.
Integration Testing : Ensure that the system integrates seamlessly with other business systems (SAP, Asset Management etc..)
Performance Testing : Oversee performance testing to validate the system's scalability and response times under load.
Facilitate UAT : Provide support during UAT phases, helping end-users to execute tests and ensuring that their feedback is addressed promptly.
Process Improvement : Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase testing efficiency and quality in future ERP implementations.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and the US.
