Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) to join their team on the AFTERNOON SHIFT. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Stayner, ON

Perks: $40 per hour ($1+ for shift premium), benefits, vacation

Shift: 3-11:30pm + paid OT

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using blueprints and schematics.
• Set up machinery for production runs and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience in preventive maintenance, machine setup, and machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of millwright skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work independently on the shift
• MUST PASS a Criminal background check clearance (CRC)
