Trillium Machine and Tool inc., a leading company in the manufacturing sector located at 4080 North Service Rd E, Windsor, ON, Canada, is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Machine Vision Technician to join our team. This full-time, permanent onsite opportunity is perfect for a recent graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and maintain machine vision systems using tools such as Keyence and Cognex.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vision system hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate vision solutions into manufacturing processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machine vision equipment.
- Develop and optimize vision inspection programs for quality control and process automation.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on vision system operation.
