Overview

The Learning Technology Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, Learning Technology Team. This position is responsible for providing first-level technical and administrative support to all KPMG professionals to ensure the effective, timely, and comprehensive resolution of inquiries and assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms, including the SAP SuccessFactors learning management system (LMS), the Degreed digital experience platform, the Kaltura virtual classroom / video platform and Credly digital badges platform. Additionally, this position is responsible for working with internal learning professionals to recommend learning solution approaches and collaborate on assigned deliverables related to the learning technology platforms.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively within a process-driven technical environment, with a focus on quality assurance, issue analysis, and timely follow-up. You’ll be most successful in this role when focusing on relationships and an inquisitive, 'can do' attitude.
What You Will Do
Provide functional, operational, and technical support for all learning technology platforms, including but not limited to maintaining systems and creating and updating learning resources, promoting system capabilities, and addressing general platform usage challenges.
- Based on functional and program learning needs, consult with internal learning professionals on systems capabilities and best practices to recommend solutions and approaches that prioritize learner experience and business requirements such as reporting and compliance.
- Facilitate the effective use of learning technology platforms through the creation of new or modification of existing courses, plans, pathways, playlists, and virtual classroom sessions.
- Support the end-to-end design, preparation, and delivery of synchronous and asynchronous video-based learning via virtual classroom facilitated or recorded sessions, including moderation and support.
- Produce standard and customized reports to support quality assurance, identification of trends and risks, and ensure stakeholder visibility.
- Understand, investigate, and resolve platform functionality inquiries, including monitoring usage, responding to escalations, identifying trends, and proposing and actioning solutions. Perform platform-based maintenance and data integrity activities, including system audits, and annual system data cleanups.
- Leverage the ServiceNow intake and automated ticketing system to collectively prioritize and respond to inquiries from KPMG employees and learning leaders within established SLA standards.
- Other duties in support of the broader Digital Learning portfolio, as assigned.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $46,500 to $70,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
