This company has 30+ employees and is on a growth trajectory due to strong demand for their product. Their product allows for faster, more efficient, and bias free interviewing. This is a remote role, but ideally you are based in Ontario as the team is located there and meets up quarterly.Job Description : In this role, you will be a Senior AI Engineer on a fast-paced team, responsible for building AI solutions that shape hiring decisions. Your work will involve leveraging the latest in AI / ML, including LLMs and advanced infrastructure, to create scalable, impactful tools.You will : Design, build, and improve AI systems for open-ended conversations.Develop robust AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, vector search capabilities, and evaluation frameworks.Build unified AI services for tasks like parsing transcripts, assisting with hiring content creation, and delivering coaching insights.Job Requirements : Required : 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on AI / ML.Experience with RAG and LLM-based applications.Proven experience building and scaling SQL data pipelines with thoughtful design and architecture trade-offs.Experience with vector databases.Bonus points if you have experience with AWS, Python (Flask) and have worked with traditional machine learning frameworks.Why Apply?This company has exceptional founders and a talented team.
