Job description
Job Title: Level 1- Maintenance Labourer Job Summary The Level 1 – Maintenance Labourer is responsible for engaging in various facility cleanliness and organization initiatives and improvements. Responsibility
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and support general housekeeping improvements throughout the site.
  • Perform workstation and manufacturing cell-specific cleaning activities.
  • Drive and support facility-wide 5S initiatives to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety.
  • Complete painting, touch-ups, and minor surface restoration on various facility and equipment surfaces.
  • Conduct steam cleaning of equipment as required.
  • Organize tools, materials, equipment, and work areas to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the LPS Program Manager to support continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for workplace improvements.
Academic/Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
