Job descriptionKey Skills : Windows / Linux / DB, DR Tester. Working knowledge of Windows / Linux servers and databases. Hands-on experience with DR or system recovery activities. Strong documentation and coordination skills. 3–6 years of DR / Infra / Support experience.
Immediate need for a talented Mid DR Tester – Windows / Linux / DB . This is a 12+ months contract (With high possibility of extension) opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Toronto , Canada(Hybrid) . Pay Range : $50 - $53 / hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform application validation, system checks, and recovery evidence collection.
- Document test steps, recovery outcomes, and deviations.
- Assist in identifying gaps and improvement areas in DR plans.
- Work with platform teams for DR preparation and configurations.
- Participate in regular DR exercises, scenario testing, and failover drills.
