Job description


What you will be doing:

  • Act as the first point of escalation for maintenance issues on shift

  • Provide leadership and direction to maintenance trades and apprentices

  • Step in for the Maintenance Supervisor when needed

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Work with PLCs, conveyors, VFDs, transformers, HVAC, and more

  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Maintain documentation, spare parts inventory, and preventive maintenance logs


What you must have:

  • Valid trade certification (442A, 309A, or 433A)

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Proven leadership or mentorship experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems (electrical, mechanical, PLCs)

  • Solid understanding of safety standards and maintenance best practice


Salary/Rate Range: $84,000.00 - $90,300.00
