What you will be doing:
Act as the first point of escalation for maintenance issues on shift
Provide leadership and direction to maintenance trades and apprentices
Step in for the Maintenance Supervisor when needed
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Work with PLCs, conveyors, VFDs, transformers, HVAC, and more
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
Maintain documentation, spare parts inventory, and preventive maintenance logs
What you must have:
Valid trade certification (442A, 309A, or 433A)
Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Proven leadership or mentorship experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems (electrical, mechanical, PLCs)
Solid understanding of safety standards and maintenance best practice
Salary/Rate Range: $84,000.00 - $90,300.00
