is a growing business, looking for a talented individual to join their team as a skilled Waterjet/CNC Operator to join our dynamic fabrication team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various Stone processing machinery and a strong understanding of programming, quality control, and precision measurement.
This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Operate CNC machine(s), water-jet machine(s), etc.
Good knowledge of AUTOCAD is a MUST.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
Program CNC machines using CAD drawings, design software.
Conduct quality control checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and packaging.
Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques as needed for assembly processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Waterjet/CNC Operator in a manufacturing/fabrication facility.
Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in CNC programming, GD&T, and tooling.
Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD for design purposes.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment while adhering to quality control standards.
Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred.
