Job description
Are you a highly skilled and licensed Industrial Electrician looking for a dynamic role in the automotive manufacturing industry? A leading global automotive supplier is seeking a dedicated Industrial Electrician to join their team in Guelph, Ontario. Position: Industrial Electrician
Location: Guelph
Shift: 2 Week Rotations (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
Probation rate: $40.90
@ 3 months: $44.40
@ 6 months = $48.20

Please note in order to qualify for this role you must have a valid electrical ticket (442a or 309a) with at least 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have injection molding experience.

Responsibilities
- Repair of equipment, modify robot programs when required
- PLC, Robot & HMI programming, implementation and troubleshooting
- Assist in proper maintenance of all programming software and application files and programming hardware
- Assist in setting up and maintaining programming, electrical component and schematics standards
- Design, verification and maintenance of electrical schematics
- Preventative Maintenance of injection moulding machines
- Other duties will be assigned

Qualifications
- Must have a valid electrical ticket (442a or 309a) with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Ideally have prior experience working on injection moulding machines
-Must have proven ability and experience completing electrical installation work including: control wiring, conduit, power wiring and mcc work
- Must be capable of interpreting and designing electrical schematics
- Proven experience performing electrical/electronic troubleshooting of equipment
- Must have strong knowledge of PLCs, robot and HMI programming
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Industrial Electrician with Automation
