We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users troubleshooting hardware and software issues and assisting in the maintenance of IT systems. A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 is considered an asset and will be beneficial in supporting our organizations technology needs.

• Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone email or in-person ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems including desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
• Assist in the setup configuration and deployment of new equipment and software.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook Word Excel and Teams.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure including network and server systems.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on IT systems and best practices.
• Perform regular updates and patches to ensure system security and efficiency.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
