Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Valid G drivers licence and clean driving record.
  • Completed certificate programs and demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional conduct.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant, for documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks; understand data privacy and verify AI-generated outputs.
  • A post-secondary certificate or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Network Administration, or a related field is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in an IT support or IT-related administrative role is an asset.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with hardware setup, device provisioning, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with outsourced IT support providers is an asset.
  • Must complete and pass a police background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive initial IT support requests and direct staff to the appropriate support provider.
  • Coordinate and assist with ongoing support tickets, working with our outsourced IT support provider.
  • Prepare PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices for remote provisioning, and maintain provisioning templates for staff profiles.
  • Assist with printer issues and support tickets, maintain the printer management tool, and review mobile usage reports.
  • Register equipment, track inventory allocations, clean and reset returned devices, and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
  • Track equipment returns, warranty repairs, and replacements.
  • Maintain NVRs and cameras, track CCTV app deployments, and coordinate with our CCTV support provider.
  • Record IT orders, invoices, and notes for credit card statement reconciliation and general ledger assignment.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting alongside IT Support.
  • Perform other tasks related to IT operations.

Mark Motors Group is seeking a bilingual IT Systems Administrator to support our growing team and keep our Ottawa and Gatineau locations connected. This is a full-time, in-office role at the Audi Ottawa Corporate Office, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional Saturday shifts and travel among locations in the Ottawa and Gatineau area. The annual salary is $70,000–$80,000. We offer health, dental, and medical insurance beginning after three months, disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program for employees and their families, on-site parking, career development opportunities, employee discounts, and company events. Youll join a professional, team-oriented environment representing premium automotive brands. This position is available for immediate hire. We do not use AI to screen, assess, or select applicants.
