The Role

You’ll be the go‑to support for our teams while also getting involved in cybersecurity, automation, and AI‑enabled improvements that support food safety, production, and supply chain operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting users across production, logistics, and office teams
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms
- Deploying and maintaining end‑user and industrial IT equipment
- Helping improve ERP, traceability, and manufacturing systems
- Assisting with data analysis, dashboards, and system optimization
- Supporting cybersecurity monitoring, patching, and awareness initiatives
- Exploring automation, scripting, and early‑stage AI solutions
