Support data hygiene efforts related to lists, fields, segmentation, campaign attribution, and Salesforce/Pardot alignment. Use reporting tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Excel, Power BI, and other marketing analytics platforms. Operational Excellence Maintain accurate campaign documentation, naming conventions, QA checklists, and reporting processes. Support compliance with CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable email marketing requirements. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to campaign intake, execution, QA, reporting, and optimization. Support ongoing improvements to email templates, landing pages, forms, automation logic, and campaign workflows. Complete other duties as assigned.
