  • Facilitate test status meetings, defect review sessions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with our client’s governance, risk, and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement & Tool Adoption:

  • Champion the adoption of SAP testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, etc.) and automation where applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, metrics, and documentation.
  • Stay current with SAP testing trends, tools, and methodologies, sharing best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP testing, including at least 3 years in a test lead or test manager role on large-scale SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Proven experience designing and executing test strategies for SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments, including integrations with third-party systems.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules, end-to-end business processes, and testing requirements (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, EAM, SCM, HR, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP testing tools (e.g., Solution Manager, HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft) and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Recognized certifications in SAP, ISTQB, or project management (PMP, Agile) are highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

  • Leadership in SAP test strategy, planning, and execution
  • Expertise in SAP testing tools and automation
  • Quality assurance and risk management mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Agile and traditional project delivery experience
  • Initiative and self-driven attitude
