Job descriptionBuilds and maintains strong relationships with clients. Addresses issues, manages expectations, and ensures client satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned. College or university degree, preferably in architectural technology, construction technology, engineering technology, or equivalent work experience. 3 to 5 years of project management experience. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications, complying with all relevant standards and regulations. Strong skills in developing and managing project budgets. Effective risk mitigation and management capabilities. Advanced influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients. High client service orientation. Experience in managing vendor relationships and performance. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality, with a desire to incorporate best practices and new technologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Project, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new tools. Project Management Institute Accreditation or in progress. LEED certification or in progress.

SUMMARY
The Project Manager plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and requirements.
At this level :
Projects are generally of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
For the assigned projects :
- Plans and manages the full lifecycle of projects, which are typically of moderate complexity and risk.
- Defines project scope, deliverables, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develops and executes detailed project plans.
- Estimates resource needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Monitors project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervises project team activities and monitors task completion.
- Communicates project status effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensures project delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards.
