  • Assisting in environmental flow needs (EFN) assessments, fish habitat loss assessments, habitat offsetting studies, and designs related to habitat compensation plans.

  • Managing tasks and projects according to approved scopes of work, delivering quality reports on schedule and within budget.

  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior and intermediate staff.

  • Interacting with clients, environmental regulators, and community stakeholders.

  • Contributing to proposal development, client presentations, and business growth initiatives.

  • Consistent demonstration and promotion of policies and procedures for HSSE, including client-specific training (if applicable).

  • Leadership in striving to continuously improve technical performance.

Your Education and Experience

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Geoscience, or Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years related experience.
