Job description
A leading national distributor of industrial packaging solutions is seeking a dynamic B2B Territory Sales Representative to expand its market footprint across Ontario. This position offers the autonomy of a field-based sales role backed by the infrastructure, supply chain network, and brand reputation of an industry leader. The successful candidate will blend tactical business development with strategic account management to drive long-term revenue growth.

Advantages
- Enjoy a hybrid/field-based work structure with the freedom to manage your calendar and territory without micromanagement.
- Partner directly with supportive, highly experienced sales leaders who are committed to onboarding, product training, and long-term career mapping.
- Capitalize on a lucrative, tiered monthly commission program that rewards high performance and net-new business growth.
- Join an established organization with over a century of successful operational history and deep roots in the Canadian supply chain landscape.

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure net-new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and local market mapping (60% hunting).
- Manage, grow, and cultivate long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts, acting as a technical solution consultant (40% farming).
- Conduct high-level sales presentations and deliver comprehensive value-add proposals to operational, purchasing, and executive-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal customer service and operational teams to ensure accurate quotes, reliable lead times, and seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain a high-volume field sales schedule, traveling up to 70% within the local territory to meet clients face-to-face.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven success in a B2B outside sales or territory management role.
- Experience within industrial distribution, packaging, manufacturing, or structured corporate B2B service sectors.
- Demonstrated capability to source your own pipeline, handle complex buying influences, and independently close sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence, clean driving record, and access to a reliable personal vehicle for regular territory travel.

Summary
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious B2B sales professional looking to build a long-term career with a major industrial distribution brand. The role offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, plus an uncapped tiered commission structure paid out monthly, comprehensive health benefits, and a full corporate mileage reimbursement program. If you are a self-motivated hunter with 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience and a desire to control your earning potential, we want to hear from you.
