Job description
We are seeking a Senior Front End Software Developer with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of sophisticated web applications. This role is focused on high-level Angular development, including complex upgrades and the creation of reusable component libraries to drive development efficiency. You will be responsible for building responsive, accessible interfaces that integrate seamlessly with cloud-native microservices and leverage AI/ML services to enhance user experience and automation.

Pay Rate: $543.7- $579.46/Diem

Responsibilities
- Frontend Architecture: Design and implement front-end code using Angular; lead code refactoring and major version upgrades.

- API Integration: Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Cloud & DevOps: Deliver solutions within cloud-native architectures, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.

- AI/ML Integration: Leverage AI/ML systems to improve application automation, scalability, and the end-user journey.

- Accessibility & Design: Ensure all user interfaces are responsive and fully compliant with WCAG 2.0 and AODA standards.

- Quality Assurance: Translate technical specifications into functional code, conduct rigorous unit testing, and troubleshoot issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Core Technical Stack: 10+ years of software development experience with expert-level proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

- Architecture: Proven experience with cloud-native solutions and microservices architectures.

- AI/ML Skills: Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML services to optimize application performance and user interaction.

- Integration & Tooling: Strong understanding of system integration and CI/CD tools, including Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Standards: Expertise in responsive design and accessibility compliance (AODA/WCAG).

- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with both relational and hierarchical database technologies.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on schedule in dynamic team environments.
