You'll lead the front-end definition of scope, schedule, cost and risk, then manage design execution to ensure deliverables meet Company requirements, applicable regulations, industry codes, and corporate standards. You will work with other Enbridge functional groups within Project Execution, Operations and Shared Services to ensure project and company requirements are achieved and incorporated into the design work.

Come join Enbridge Projects team today! Apply today, we'd love to hear from you!

What Will You Do:

  • Facilitate the development of projects by providing technical, estimating and schedule input.

  • Complete the engineering and build scope of core/major projects, from initial development to closeout and turnover to operations.

  • Manage third-party engineering firms to deliver high-quality, compliant designs within budget and schedule; review and approve key deliverables.

  • Support the development/revision of tools, guidelines and specifications used to execute projects.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a Mechanical focus from an accredited university.

  • Currently registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA.

  • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering and project management.

  • Natural gas facilities design and construction experience, specifically large horsepower natural gas compression, and metering stations for pipeline transmission.

  • Experience at an EPC and/or Owner Operator company is an asset.

  • Effective interpersonal skills to communicate technical issues and impacts to other technical and non-technical staff.

Working Conditions:

  • Office based role.

  • 10-20% of time is in the field scoping projects or supporting construction and commissioning activities.

  • Time sensitive deliverables.

  • A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.

Benefits:

  • A flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disability.

  • A paid maternity and parental leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.

  • Valuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment option.

  • Paid time off/vacation/sick, plus paid personal days off (depending on location), and paid holidays.

  • An Employee and Family Assistance Program.

  • A Wellness Program, which focuses on supporting healthier employees by providing tools, resources, and opportunities to improve physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.

  • Enbridge’s FlexWork (hybrid work model) offers eligible employees (Manager and below) the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, opt for a compressed work week schedule, or have flexible start and end times. Role requirements determine your eligibility for each option. #LI-Hybrid
