Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a part-time detail-oriented Data Entry - Inventory Analyst to join a fast-paced operations team in Coldstream, BC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting inventory operations within a warehouse or production environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining reliable data that supports efficient operations and inventory control.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Coldstream, BC
Shift: Monday to Friday |8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Job type: Temporary | Part-time | 3-5 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

Accurately input inventory, receiving, shipping, and operational data into company systems
Review and validate documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inventory variances
Generate reports and maintain organized electronic records
Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain data integrity
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy and process efficiency
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all operational data

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in data entry, administration, inventory control, or logistics preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an asset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
