Reliability Analyst – MTG Canada Geographically based within Canada Role Description The Reliability Analyst is a customer-facing role that is primarily responsible for transforming Kal Tire technological insights into actionable plans to safely enhance tire performance and truck productivity for Kal Tire's customers.Technological insights may be obtained from several sources including but not limited to TireSight, HaulSight, TPMS, Scale Data and Volumetric Scanning.By integrating the functions of TOMS planning and condition monitoringwith technological insights, the role identifies recuring patterns, formulates preventive and corrective strategies, and ensures their effective execution with customer and site teams. The Reliability Analyst will play a key role in supporting the promotion and implementation of Kal Tire technologies at customer locations as well as the ongoing oversight of such technologies that have been deployed to site.Reliability Analysts will support multiple MTG customers across Canada. Core Responsibilities Data Interpretation & Insight Generation
- Proactively analyze data from deployed technologies to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Extract actionable insights from data to formulate preventive and corrective strategies.
- Use condition monitoring data to forecast potential challenges and propose solutions.
- Work closely with customer teams to help ensure they have the information they need to turn technological insights into actionable plans.
