Salary: $75,000 - $80,000K
About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this role will support business performance through financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and strategic analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and business initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and support financial planning activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and support decision-making.
  • Assist with month-end, year-end, audit requirements, and ad hoc financial projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA designation (or actively pursuing) is considered an asset.
  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and Power BI is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
