Position: Delivery Account Operations Associate Level 2
Location: Sarnia, ON
12 month contract (Potential of extension/Conversion)
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Advantages- 12 month contract
- Competitive payrate
- Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5pm
- Payrate: $20/h
ResponsibilitiesReceive, manage, and process print jobs submitted via email and hard copy requests
Print production and finishing activities (cutting, binding, folding, etc.)
Mail sorting, processing, and distribution
Courier coordination and shipment preparation
Daily interaction with customers and end users
Respond to customer inquiries and provide operational support
General operational support as required
QualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in print and mail services is considered an asset but is not required.
