Position : Engineering Manager

Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will play a critical role in shaping the engineering processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize design and production.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Development : Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Design Oversight : Supervise the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and software systems, ensuring projects meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Concept to Solution : Guide initial design concepts and support the evolution of these ideas into fully developed, practical solutions for advanced equipment.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all designs comply with global safety standards, electrical codes, and industry best practices.
Component Standardization : Champion the standardization of mechanical and electrical components to improve cost efficiency and streamline production.
Engineering Calculations & Layouts : Perform and review engineering analyses, as well as oversee the creation of comprehensive equipment layouts tailored to customer specifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to improve processes and resolve technical challenges.
Technical Support : Provide hands-on expertise during factory acceptance testing, field trials, and customer troubleshooting activities.
Project Management : Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a primary liaison for internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-disciplinary engineering teams.

Familiarity with robotics and automation systems is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially within the fields of automation, capital equipment, robotics, and electrical design.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, electrical design regulations, and cost estimation practices.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
