  • Drive identification and realization of cost savings opportunities across integration scope
  • Facilitate alignment between technical delivery teams and integration governance requirements
  • Partner with technology leaders to resolve integration-related technical dependencies and blockers

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

  • Own engineering execution for AML, Fraud, and HR domains across design, build, testing, and deployment phases
  • Establish and enforce engineering best practices including DevOps, CI/CD, and quality standards
  • Manage contractor teams (3-5 resources) and drive delivery accountability
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of integrated solutions
  • Drive execution excellence through agile delivery practices
  • Monitor and optimize engineering capacity and resource utilization

Executive Governance & Reporting

  • Plan, prepare, review, and submit SteerCo/Opco material and reports
  • Prepare executive summaries and governance artifacts for Steering Committee meetings
  • Manage Operations Committee reporting and submission timelines
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all governance materials
  • Serve as primary integration interface with executive stakeholders

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must Haves:

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex multi-entity integration initiatives
  • Strong engineering leadership background with hands-on experience in design, building, testing, and deployment
  • Advanced skills in program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with integration tracking tools and reporting platforms to create executive-level reporting dashboards and metrics
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to coordinate multiple technology teams
  • Experience managing program closure and lessons learned processes
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost tracking

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Financial services compliance and regulatory background
  • Background in AML, Fraud, or HR technology domains
  • Contractor and vendor management experience
  • Experience with Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
  • Knowledge of AI/machine learning and modern technology stack applications
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable engineering practices

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and mentoring opportunities
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
  • A world-class training program in financial services
  • Flexible work/life balance options
