Streem Link Communications is looking for competent, energetic, confident engineers to provide high-level, technical expertise for both pre-sales and post-sales opportunities. Qualified individuals will possess good people skills and a strong background in TDM and IP based telephony, messaging and / or call center deployment experience.
Outstanding customer service and efficiency are important aspects of this position. Essential functions and basic duties consist of being responsible for the efficiency of professional services implementations by measuring the amount of hours and deployment time it takes to achieve the goal of a successful installation.
Streem Link will provide the tools needed for the continual personal education, and training.

Pre-Requisites
Minimum five years experience with deployment and architecture of communications application infrastructure in any of the following products or service areas : Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Microsoft, Meru, Extreme, Juniper, IC Contact Center, Call Center design and deployment.
Manufacturer certifications are required.
