Job description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for a well established Engineering consulting client of ours in the Vancouver area. The Lead Electrical Engineer with will be a key part our clients design team, contributing & coordinating design on a major international mineral processing project from study phase through to execution.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities for this position will be a key part in our clients design team, contributing & coordinating design on a major international mineral processing project from study phase through to execution.

Qualifications
• A solid understanding of technical (E, I&C) principals relating to the large industrial & complex operational assets that our clients own and operate
• Relevant Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience coordinating / driving specialized electrical teams, on front end greenfield and brownfield development projects with complex electrical scope
• LV design experience (PowerCAD proficient, LV MCC design, protection & coordination studies)
• Major project design experience throughout the design cycle
• Experience / exposure to project delivery
• Understand the project development process for juniors/mid-tier miners
• Provide specialized advice and guidance to client
• The ability to contribute / influence in a meeting; exercises good judgment on how to contribute, and collaborative behavior
