  • Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing tracking and reporting
  • Track sales performance across key channels using dashboards and internal tools, highlighting trends and insights for leadership
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, concise outputs tailored for senior leadership
  • Contribute to internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, strategic updates)

3) Cross‑Functional Execution and Optimization

  • Support leadership in managing priorities, tracking deliverables, and maintaining a centralized to-do list
  • Coordinate inputs across teams for key deliverables and leadership forums
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership meetings and governance touchpoints
  • Help strengthen team operating rhythm through improved tracking, organization, and accountability
  • Support coordination of recurring processes (e.g., monthly and quarterly deliverables, leadership updates)
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and execution discipline

Key Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field; strong academic performance preferred
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or financial services, with exposure to analysis, executive reporting, and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations
  • Advanced MS Office capabilities, with a proven ability to build executive-ready materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across stakeholders
