As a Distribution Account Administrator, you will play a vital role in keeping operations seamless, managing distribution order processing, and serving as a crucial link between customers, distributors, and logistics partners. Working in a vibrant, full in-office environment at our Calgary head office, you will collaborate closely with a supportive team to manage daily administrative checklists and support key business workflows.

In this Distribution Account Administrator role, your daily tasks will involve balancing order coordination with clear communication. You will process distribution orders, coordinate trucking schedules, generate shipping documentation, and ensure exceptional service delivery. If you are a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys customer-facing interaction, this Distribution Account Administrator position offers an outstanding entry point into a rewarding organization.

This Distribution Account Administrator contract begins as a 2-month temporary assignment with strong potential to extend up to 6 months, offering a pathway toward a permanent placement. Working full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, you will work side-by-side with experienced administrative peers in a supportive, team-oriented workspace. Advantages
• Process incoming distribution orders through the internal system accurately according to daily checklists.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with trucking companies, suppliers, and manufacturing plants.
• Prepare and issue critical shipping documents, including waybills and customer invoices.

• Assist with basic accounts receivable (AR) duties and billing reconciliations as required.

• Triage customer inquiries or delivery discrepancies promptly to ensure smooth operational resolution.

Responsibilities
• Competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience.
• Steady full-time schedule, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• 2-month temporary contract with strong possibility of extension up to 6 months or transition to permanent.
• Collaborative, open-concept team office environment with comprehensive side-by-side training.
• Weekly pay structure through Randstad.

Qualifications
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) functions is considered a strong asset.
• Previous experience or understanding of logistics, trucking coordination, or distribution management.

• Outstanding written and verbal customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to commit to a 100% full in-office role in Calgary, AB.
