What You’ll Do As the go-to mining sales leader in Canada, you’ll be the face of XCMG to mine operators, contractors, and decision-makers across the country. From prospecting to closing multi-million-dollar deals, you’ll have the autonomy, backing, and global resources to make a real impact. - Build the Market – Identify new opportunities, grow pipelines, and expand our footprint in surface and underground mining. - Drive Full-Cycle Sales – Own the process end-to-end: outreach, relationship building, negotiation, and closing. - Shape Strategy – Feed insights back into our global team, influence local go-to-market plans, and ensure our products align with Canadian mining standards. - Be the Brand – Represent XCMG at industry events, mine sites, and boardrooms, building trust and long-term relationships. What You Bring We’re looking for a proven mining sales professional who knows the terrain, the players, and the challenges of Canada’s mining sector. - ✅ 5+ years in mining equipment sales (MANDATORY)—preferably with an OEM - ✅ Strong connections in Canadian surface and/or underground mining operations - ✅ Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver results - ✅ Solid technical understanding of mining equipment and field conditions - ✅ Entrepreneurial drive, with the confidence to blaze your own trail - ✅ Legally entitled to work in Canada Why XCMG Canada?
