Job descriptionLead and execute projects in alignment with PMO standards, CCI’s guidelines, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical staff to achieve project objectives. Provide governance, resource management, and performance monitoring for projects. Support the development of project plans, risk management strategies, and performance reports. Participate in and promote continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision and accountability. Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred. Several years of experience in project management or a similar role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Expertise in aligning projects with business goals, tracking progress, and reviewing documentation. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Financial acumen to analyze data and manage project budgets effectively. PMP certification or equivalent. Training in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. Receive training in CCI’s project management procedures. Participate in professional development courses tailored to your skill development needs, such as scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and resource management. Follow a defined Project Manager development roadmap, including competency assessments and skill-building initiatives.
