Liburdi Automation is a leader in design and manufacturing of specialized welding equipment. Our systems are used in aero engine, space launch vehicle and reactor applications. Liburdi combines expertise in control technology and welding processes to develop unique solutions to challenging applications presented by the aerospace and nuclear industries.
Our Company has an immediate opening for a highly motivated and mechanically inclined CNC Programmer to join our team. This position will be approximately 60% programming and 40% operating the CNC Milling Machine.
Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to) :
- Responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC Milling Machine, 5+ more axis.
- Manage implementation of CAM software and connectivity of machines.
- Work with stainless and aluminum components.
- Develop system for managing programming and logistics of workflow.
- Setup and perform changeovers and modify existing programs as required.
- Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments.
