As a Digital Data Migration Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of the data in scope. You should have the ability to communicate in a straightforward and inclusive manner and listen actively to gain information will be necessary. You will need to demonstrate willingness and contributes to change by taking necessary action and adapt to new circumstances.

Responsibilities
Core Tasks :
Support the delivery of Industrial Data Workstream activities using provided planning and support toolkits.
Act as the local representative for the Data Team, communicating requirements, plans, deliverables, and expectations to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Global Data Lead in executing the Data Plan activities.
Coordinate key stakeholders to fulfill the Data Migration Plan.
Organize and deliver clear, timely communications regarding data-related updates and progress.
Keep the Global Data Team informed of progress, challenges, and risks.
Build relationships within the business and serve as a point of contact for data-related topics.
Review local data gaps and report findings to the Global Team.
Validate data ownership, legacy systems, and extraction rules.
Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely data delivery for test cycles (e.g., mocks).
Oversee business-led data validation activities.
Analyze profiled data to assess readiness and monitor business data cleansing activities led by the Global Cleanse Team.
Identify, assess, and escalate data-related risks and issues.
Manage cross-team / stream defect resolution efforts.
Qualifications
Capabilities and Knowledge :
Strong focus on support and delivery.
Proficiency in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to identify root causes and effectively solve problems.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI and SAP IS.
Key Experience :
Proven experience coordinating data migration and validation activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver on complex projects.
Strong background in analyzing and ensuring data readiness.
Experience in identifying risks and driving issue resolution.
