SALES INTERN

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join the Canadian Cosmetics Team. You’re a student or recent graduate in a business program looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful hands-on work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Cosmetics National Account Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic global brands COVERGIRL, Rimmel London and Sally Hansen.

Your main focus:

• Working closely with Account Managers to complete multiple Sales Administrative tasks for major National Chains
• Support on weekly Sales Analysis and Data Organization
• Reviewing Customer Promotional Summaries and addressing variances
• Managing Display plans and reporting
• Update and maintain Sales Marketing documents
• Customer flyer tracking, and managing Flyer Insert artwork requests
• Supporting with AD Hoc customer marketing requests and events
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all sales objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion

• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, having good time management, and ability to prioritize workload are essential.
• At ease to navigate multiple company programs and platforms to gather information needed for templates and assigned tasks
• Team player

• Base Salary: $36,608.00
