Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and analytical expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside supportive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects that shape the future of mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including department heads and project teams), assist in the development of strategic initiatives, and provide administrative support, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing reports and presentations, but also assist with data analysis and tracking project progress.
We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating with department heads and team members to gather and analyze data related to business operations
Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency
Supporting the coordination and execution of projects, including scheduling and progress tracking
Preparing and presenting reports, presentations, and other materials to stakeholders
Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining documentation
Contributing to special projects and initiatives assigned by management

Currently pursuing or recently completed a post-secondary diploma or degree
Experience or understanding of business operations and project management principles
Knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query and DAX, for data modeling, analysis, and reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is 21.5 CAD to 24.5 CAD per hour. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
