Our Langley based client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role offers a guaranteed annual salary of $65,000 + Commission.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and providing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your success will be driven by your ability to develop new business, manage accounts, and consistently exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products and services.
* Identify and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals.
* Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
