Harris Computer Systems is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing Clerk to work closely with the Accounts Receivable team and the Accountant to manage the division's accounts receivable.
The successful candidate will join the Working Capital department and work within a dynamic and motivated team committed to continuous improvement.
This position will be based in our Ottawa office, with the possibility of teleworking.
The successful candidate will be resourceful, curious, self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to manage a high workload accurately during peak periods.
As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will participate in the company's accounts receivable management process, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments and maintaining positive customer relationships.
This role involves customer invoicing and account reconciliation.
You will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
This is a one-year contract position.
