Name and description of the hiring department
The Corporate Security group is looking for a dynamic candidate to provide analytical support to the Anti-fraud Center. This opening is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in working in a challenging and high profile environment where they can play an important role to reduce fraud against Bell customers and assets.
The job requires an individual who is open to change, has strong business acumen and is results-oriented. As such, the candidate must be able to manage change while working efficiently in a collaborative environment.
Under the direction of the Specialist, Fraud and Control Detection, the selected candidate will be responsible for data analytics and reporting on fraud detection & prevention strategies to reduce fraud impact on Bell customers and assets. In addition, the computer application support will complete tests on systems and applications and provide training to end-users on the Anti-fraud Center tools.
The candidate will use enterprise anti-fraud management systems and others data-oriented analytical solution to identify, design, develop, test and maintain fraud detection strategies. The candidate will also be responsible to closely follow fraud volume and impact and contribute to new efficient strategies to reduce them in the future (less customer impact and lower fraud investigation effort).
Job duties / Accountabilities
- Design and develop new fraud detection strategies using Enterprise Anti-Fraud Management Systems SQL (Oracle, Teradata, SAS, Hadoop) SAP BO and Tableau Dashboard & report, BI, Alteryx Excel report
- Identify on-going improvement opportunities on current fraud detection strategies by identifying patterns and pro-actively reacting to continuous internal and external changes
- At the required frequencies, report on the volume and impact of on-going fraud incidents
- Identify new opportunities to apply AI / ML fraud detection model and provide required requirements to the AI development team
- Create and modify reports / queries based on internal customer requirements
- Develop and maintain reference documents for internal customers
- Work according to agile methodology to deliver faster value to internal customer while keeping in consideration the evolving requirements drives by the ever-changing field of fraud
- Manage ID for Fraudview users and other administrative task for Anti-Fraud risk tool such as Resolver (template, reports, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with the Fraud Operation teams answering user requests and application support
