Job description

Our client, a leading organization in environmental health and safety, is seeking a EHS Site Coordinator (Entry Level) to join their team. As a EHS Site Coordinator (Entry Level), you will be part of the Environmental, Health & Safety department supporting site operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: EHS Site Coordinator (Entry Level)

Location: Brossard, QC

Pay Range: $32–$36/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM start with flexible schedule, 40 hours per week

What's the Job?

  • Conduct daily and weekly safety walkthroughs and inspections at the site
  • Support incident reporting, investigation, documentation, and corrective actions
  • Maintain EHS documentation, training records, and compliance files
  • Coordinate site safety meetings and communicate EHS initiatives
  • Assist with hazard identification, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness plans

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety coordination or related field
  • Strong knowledge of provincial (CNESST) and federal EHS regulations
  • Proven ability to conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
