Project Manager – PCL Graphics Full-Time | Day Shift | On-site | Markham, ON Location: 55 Clegg Rd, Markham, Ontario PCL Graphics is a high-volume large-format printing and fabrication company.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team full-time and help manage jobs from kickoff through production and final delivery.

This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in the printing, signage, and fabrication industry.

Experience in large-format printing, traditional signage, cutting, laminating, routing, metal, and general sign production is very important.

The right person needs to understand how jobs move through a shop and be able to coordinate confidently with sales, prepress, production, finishing, and shipping.

What You’ll Do Manage active jobs from order intake through production, finishing, packaging, and delivery Coordinate with sales, customer service, prepress, print, CNC, finishing, and shipping teams to keep projects on track Review project specs, drawings, materials, and production requirements to ensure jobs are set up correctly Build and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and follow up on open items Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding status, timelines, revisions, and issues Identify risks, delays, or production problems early and work with the team to solve them Prepare and manage job documentation, work orders, change requests, and project notes Help ensure materials, outside services, and internal resources are aligned with production schedules Support quality control by confirming jobs are being produced according to spec Keep projects organized and moving in a fast-paced production environment with multiple priorities at once What We’re Looking For Strong experience as a project manager, account manager, production coordinator, or similar role in the printing or sign industry Mandatory experience in print and sign production Strong working knowledge of large-format printing, signage, fabrication, and finishing workflows Experience with materials and processes such as vinyl, laminates, rigid materials, cutting, routing, metal, and general sign construction Strong understanding of how jobs move through production, including prepress, print, finishing, and installation prep Ability to read specifications, drawings, and production details accurately Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple jobs at once Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with both internal teams and customers Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving Strong Assets Experience in a large-format print shop, sign company, or display/fabrication environment Experience with digital printing, CNC cutting, laminating, mounting, assembly, and packaging Familiarity with production scheduling, workflow systems, and quoting/job-tracking processes Knowledge of traditional signs, fabricated signage, and custom display work Why This Role Matters This role is critical to keeping jobs flowing properly through the business.
