Responsibilities
- Perform full setups and complete complex troubleshooting on 5-axis Matsuura, Nakama, and GF CNC mills using Fanuc controls.
- Machine custom components to tight 2-micron tolerances using Aerospace Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, and Inconel.
- Adjust G-code and M-code directly at the machine control interface.
- Execute routine machine maintenance, top up fluids, and clear chip bi
Qualifications
- Proven background as a Senior CNC Machinist within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Advanced experience operating 5-axis CNC mills equipped with Fanuc controls.
- Demonstrated capability in reading blueprints and adjusting G-code and M-code at the control.
- Prior experience machining challenging metals, including Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel.
