Black & McDonald's Facility Management & Operations team is growing! We are building an anticipatory pool of qualified professionals to support future opportunities. If you are a committed and collaborative professional looking to contribute to a hard‑working, innovative team, this opportunity is for you.
The Building Operator position is a unionized position and typically reports directly to the Contract Manager. Their primary focus is safe and efficient operation of the facility, ensuring availability of supplies for maintenance of system equipment, and diagnosing trouble calls and developing action to be taken.

This position's wage rate follows the 787 Union Agreement schedule.
