Job descriptionPrepare orders, receipt orders, pick parts, prepare paperwork and maintain an organized warehouse Assist wholesale and retail customers by telephone or in person and work closely with the service and sales departments Preparing returns to our manufacturer, including obsolescence, warranty parts etc Assist in regular routine bin counts Lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Perform other duties as required by the Parts Manager We like to promote from within and support professional development through mentoring, conferences, certification programs, apprentice programs, paid training, and provide reimbursements for continued education. Westwood Honda has an opening for a full time Parts Advisor
Are you are someone looking for secure, meaningful and long-term employment with room for growth? Do you want to work with a team that enjoys a work-smart culture and celebrates wins together? If so, there’s a place for you here! We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Parts Team.
Pay : $41,600-$55,000 per year plus commission.
About the Role :
This position is responsible for ordering parts for all departments while maintaining a high level of profitability.
Applicants must have :
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a dealership parts department
- Be a self-starter who can work effectively and efficiently on their own
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and an ability to problem solve
- Strong computer skills (Honda or ADP Experience would be an asset)
- Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
