Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
● Build and maintain strong rapport with retail stores, promoting a "customer-first" approach.
● Monitor and communicate order statuses, process credits, and handle warranty claims.
● Accurately manage data entries and support stakeholders with timely updates.
● Assist in training initiatives, department housekeeping, and cross-functional support tasks.
● Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
● Proactively identify and communicate potential areas of improvement within the department.
● Process and assess lab error credits, warranty claims, and store error credits.

Qualifications
Essential:
● Strong customer focus with a positive and proactive demeanor.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
● Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
● Willingness to exceed customer expectations and deliver excellence.
● Openness to feedback and change with a continuous improvement mindset.

Desirable:
● Experience managing complex situations independently.
● Confidence in resolving issues and handling complaints.
● Knowledge or experience in optics (training provided).
