Job Duties :
- Understand and address customer needs and concerns.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair progress.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining questions.
- Verify completion of repairs using the Technician Checklist and inspect the vehicle.
- Inform customers of any unexpected incidents during repairs.
- Conduct necessary test drives to confirm issues or involve a technician.
- Ensure stringent quality control for all vehicles undergoing repair.
- Provide accurate labor and parts cost estimates in detail.
- Additional duties assigned.
