As a Cultivation Technician at PURPLEFARM, you will be responsible for performing essential cultivation and production tasks in line with Good Production Practices (GPP) while supporting the overall operations of the cultivation facility. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Cultivation Technician and report to the Master Grower. Your role is critical in maintaining the quality and efficiency of plant production, adhering to regulatory standards, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the cultivation process.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Cultivation & Production Tasks
Perform key cultivation tasks such as irrigation / fertigation, cloning, transplanting, topping, defoliation, flushing, trimming, packaging, and waste disposal
Adhere to and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures for Good Production Practices (GPP)
Support onsite troubleshooting and maintenance of critical equipment (HVAC, Irrigation, Water treatment systems)
Assist with construction project management and oversee tasks such as carpentry, electrical work, painting, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, etc.
Maintain and ensure security measures are followed
